Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we will work together on your personal goals and your driving motivators for therapeutic care. Therapy is an opportunity to explore areas of your life where you might feel stuck, confused, or unable to make a change. We will discuss how your past informs your present and future in a validating and judgement-free environment. I take a strengths-based, relational approach, in which your individual needs are centered.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a form of talk therapy that focuses on concerns regarding your sexual life. Common themes include sexual trauma, sexual function, desire discrepancy, or any other way that you experience conflict around your sexuality. Many of us were not given the tools to discuss our sexuality with ease, and it is my job to help you navigate the topic through a sex-positive, trauma-informed, and culturally-considered lens.

Relationship Therapy

Romantic and intimate partnerships can often use an objective outside party to help navigate transitions or conflict. Sometimes the goal is to strengthen bonds, build trust, and improve communication, while other partnerships may seek assistance with de-escalation or conscious uncoupling. I see clients in relationship structures of two or more, and am well-versed in the needs of both monogamous and nonmonogamous partnerships.
